Rowels are available in a wide variety of styles from the smaller "speed" rowels or "timed event" rowels to the larger show rowels. The type and size of rowel is determined by its use. Timed events usually require smaller rowels that spin easier and don't hang on the saddle when mounting or dismounting. |
